Inspect and eliminate oil, water, and gas leaks. Wipe down the generator set surface to maintain the cleanliness of the diesel engine's appearance and surrounding environment.
A. Maintain overall cleanliness of the Dongguan diesel generator set. Clean weekly by wiping the generator set surface to keep the diesel engine generator set and its environment tidy.
B. Check fuel tank level to ensure emergency power supply capability.
C. Inspect engine oil level for abnormal increases or decreases, identify causes, and replenish promptly if low.
D. Verify radiator coolant level.
E. Check battery voltage and replenish distilled water or electrolyte as needed.
F. Inspect all protective covers for looseness and ensure all connecting bolts and nuts are securely fastened.
G. During winter, ensure proper insulation and fill the radiator with sufficient antifreeze.
6. Unit Operation Testing and Maintenance
A. Clean the diesel tank weekly to prevent accumulation of water, iron particles, and impurities.
B. For standby units, perform a weekly test run. Check all dashboard indicator lights, run idle for 5-10 minutes, and operate under partial load (minimum 30%) for 15-30 minutes every two weeks.
C. Inspect radiator belt tension weekly. Replace if worn.
